With in-depth expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and a specialisation in GMP / GCP / GTP systems, he brings valuable added value to cell and gene therapy operations. His experience covers the whole range of manufacturing and quality-control processes, clinical studies and support processes such as the management of premises, equipment and subcontractors.

His expertise also covers continuous-improvement mechanisms, in particular the management of risks, deviations and non-conformities. He helps organisations build and optimise their own QMS, tailored to their specific needs.

With 15 years of experience at GSK Vaccines, where he held senior positions in operations management, he then devoted 14 years to consulting in pharmaceutical operations management for SMEs active in Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products. As a member of salamanderU’s board of directors, he draws on his in-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical operations of biological medicines to support the development of innovative solutions that comply with the requirements of the sector.

Because I sit on the board of several SMEs and am also an active member of the management committee of several companies, I bring business-management expertise to the salamanderU team. I hold a degree in industrial pharmacy and a degree in business management.

Philippe is our Chief Technical Officer. Holding an engineering degree from ECAM Brussels and a degree in business management and administration, this engineer has 25 years of experience in international project management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of plants, facility design and the development of attractive alternative solutions, these fields hold no secrets for him. As such, he is a key member of salamanderU’s board of directors.

Philippe always listens to customers and spares no effort to meet their needs. No challenge is too big for this eternal enthusiast. Philippe always puts the customer first.

Tony, our Chief Operational Officer, embodies the diversity of talent in our technology company, built around a multidisciplinary team of experts in life sciences, pharmaceutical engineering and IT. A civil engineer by training, Tony has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical environment, notably in alternative design and construction, engineering, subcontracting and turnkey projects. His experience is also valuable across a wide range of life-science fields: pharma, biotech, hospitals, the food industry, office buildings and much more.

Tony is a central pillar of salamanderU’s board of directors. His ability to deliver large-scale projects and his results-driven approach are the secrets of his reliability. His professionalism and empathy are the perfect foundation for developing our customer relationships.

Eric Gillet is our Software Development Manager. After an academic career in mathematical logic (Eric holds a PhD from the University of Liège), he decided to take up the challenges of software development. Today he leads the team that continuously develops our voice-controlled EBR application SmartReg.

His creativity and his skills in conceptual design and IT architecture allow our development team to meet our customers’ needs for agility. An outstanding member of the team, Eric is always ready to help customers in the most difficult situations.

Agnieszka Legutko is salamanderU’s Project Manager. She studied biotechnology in Kraków (Poland) and obtained her PhD in biotechnology in Belgium. She has gained more than 10 years of professional experience in, among other things, ATMP processes, sterilisation, equipment, project management, education and digital systems.

Every day she brings her energy, discipline and enthusiasm to salamanderU, making her a valued member of the team.

Marie is our HR, finance and administration manager. With an unusual background combining a degree in biology and a degree in information and documentation, she first explored the world of science journalism before turning to communication within an association.

With her gentle, thoughtful approach, Marie brings a touch of serenity and balance to the team. Behind her discretion lie flawless rigour and organisation, essential to the smooth running of salamanderU. Always attentive, she makes sure every team member works in a structured, harmonious environment.

Jonathan Blandiaux is a developer at salamanderU. A Business Engineering graduate of HEC Liège with a specialisation in Digital Business, he began his career at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architecture Analyst.

Building on that experience, Jonathan joined salamanderU to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our digital solutions. His role covers system integration at our customers’ sites, the implementation of optimisations and participation in technical discussions to guarantee the best possible approaches. Passionate about innovation, he puts his expertise at the service of the performance and agility of our solutions.

Imen is assistant project manager at salamanderU. Her rich, international academic background took her from Tunisia to France and then to Belgium. An industrial-biology engineer from the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, she went on to complete a master’s degree in Forestry, Agronomy and Environmental Engineering at the University of Lorraine.

Before joining salamanderU, Imen held several research and teaching positions in animal biology and the environment at various universities in France and Belgium.

Thanks to her experience in teaching and research, she brings a rigorous, structured approach to the team, as well as the ability to pass on knowledge.
