The adventure began in 2015, led by four enthusiasts and experts in life sciences: Claude Dedry, Denis Decubber, Tony Donolato and Philippe Neyt.
Together, they founded salamanderU with a clear mission: to reinvent standards.

Founders of DispInject, a consulting firm specializing in pharmaceutical operations and quality management, particularly in the world of ATMPs.
They observed the challenges faced by industries, especially small biopharmaceutical companies, in terms of quality, cost, and lead times. Their goal was to accelerate scale-up and limit costs through new technological approaches.

Pioneers of innovative engineering, they offered, through their company ADC Group, modular and tailor-made solutions, particularly in the field of containment.
They too were faced with the difficulties faced by industrialists, particularly in the biotechnology sector, in terms of flexible, resilient infrastructures that complied with regulatory requirements.
